So they paid at minimum a little over $100 million, possibly more depending on the percentage purchased, for their majority stake.

Does the article state the PE's majority was valued at $200m or the LAB's valuation was $200m?

Over the last month + there has already been talk from LAB stating they were improving their facilities and delivery time. Anyone who saw that communication shouldn't be surprised to hear about this transaction.

I've had mine a little shy of a year and really enjoyed it except for the last 2 months. All of a sudden it's having a hard time picking up the right distances and there's serious battery drain happening on my unit. When I charged it two times ago, it only lasted about 10 rounds. Then I recharged it last week and it lasted three rounds, and when I pulled it out today it was 100% drained. Sucks big time! I'll try to work with them to get a new one, but until then I'm going back to a replaceable battery version.
