    I just finished putting one together, picked up the head on eBay. Threw a Modus 125X 2-iron shaft in it I had lying around. Should be ready to hit tomorrow.

    No serial number at all? That’s more concerning than anything. All sets either custom or stock off the shelf will have a serial number on at least one of the hosels. I’d message the seller and also contact eBay with your concerns.

    Hybrid shafts are typically .370 Wont have any trouble fitting any shaft into an I230 head, the hosel diameter is very oversized. .355 tapers shimmed to .370 are still a loose fit.

    All shafts in Happys clubs were LAGP. Also noticed the driver he was using was the new one from LAGP.

    As far as the build goes, you won’t have to sand down the shaft at all, I230’s have the largest hosels I’ve ever seen. .370 parallel tip shafts still require shims to fit snuggly.

    Had a set of the TE 4-GW in my cart for a month. When I was finally ready for them, I checked back and they were sold out. $199 is a real tough deal to pass up.

    Why don't you just goto Golfworks.com and have them build you a Tour AD-DI? They have the OEM G440 adapters and will build to your specs.
