  1. I don't want y'all to be jumping on the bandwagon now but CW was out there using his DF3 LAB putter to roll in those putts.
  2. They update on Wednesdays normally. 🤷🏼
  3. The needle is making moves! Five under through 8 with a square.
  4. The results are in and TUGR outperformed on expected outcomes head and shoulders above the other ranking systems. Data here: 2025 us Jr Am accuracy - Google Sheets
  5. Shouldn't this be in the Junior Equipment forum? Junior Equipment Talk - GolfWRX @SheriffBooth
  6. The team winnings go back to the team to pay for expenses. Remember, they are run like individual businesses, so they have to pay for marketing, staff, etc. They don't just spread the team winnings to the players.
  7. Know of one kid that committed to a top 25 school recently that always had a very high SOF JGS ranking but rarely broke par. He was also notorious for WD'ing after making an early triple or shooting in the 80's. A high SOF is able to fool coaches that chase highly ranked kids.
  8. The antagonist is named Manatee. And if that's not clear enough, maybe this will help.
  9. The battle of the ages has ended with Colton beating MR 4&3. Luke absolutely put the hammer down on the back nine.
  10. The point I think we're all making is that by letting in players based on WAGR points and special exemptions, the U.S. Junior Am ends up with a weak field. That takes away from the winner’s accomplishment. Events like the Monroe or Pac Coast Am offer a much stronger test and are a better measure of who the top junior players really are.
  11. MR did not and is on to 32. Can we get some more people to say that he's a generational talent?
  12. We are into the round of 64 with some really great matchups this morning. 2025 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship: Leader Board The stroke play portion started with around 264 players and finished with exactly 64 players at +3 or better. (First time in a looong time) I believe the Semifinals and Finals will be televised but I couldn't tell you where.
  13. They are junior golfers. It’s not their job. They will have a roof over their head and food on the plate. Regardless of the level they are playing at they should be having fun. And I can assure you that the liv guys are not having fun these days. Lots of temper tantrums happening out there.
  14. Are we really going to have a 16 for 1 playoff? Never mind... someone made a birdie and knocked out all of the +4 kids and the cut went to +3.
  15. I actually didn’t like any of what I saw. None of the girls looked like they were having fun and unless they won their match I didn’t see a single smile.
  16. I would wager that 90% of us junior players don’t have a valid passport.
  17. I've defended TUGR on here but this is starting to happen too often. From @Robopz on X. PReed missed the cut at the Open and goes up while Ryan Gerard wins the Cuda and drops 14 spots? How?
  18. Aren’t there a bunch of wagr exempt kids near the top as well?
  19. PGA Tour average on long lag putts is within 7 to 8% of the total distance of the putt. So at 50 feet you're looking at leaving it within 4 feet.
