There are four courses in Hilton Head Plantation. Bear Creek, Dolphin Head, and Oyster Reef are open to the public. I believe that The Country Club of Hilton Head is the only one of the 4 courses that is private. I'm not 100% sure about that, so someone more knowledgeable about it might give a more informed answer.
