  1. Came to recommend the brass shim Howard suggested. Also, if you don't shim it, you will find it difficult to insert in center, will probably want to slant a few degrees. That alone, if resting one side on the sharp hosel, can make this thing crack. Do your best to center it. Even if you have to wrap some copper thread or fishing line around it while epoxying. Do your best to center, maybe install just the adapter, not with the head on it.
  2. They were one of the extremely few putter makers that responded when I was trying to get my 321 stainless B-21 putter made. They were super nice, gave me a phone number and took my call. IIRC, their dad was a engineer in Aerospace, maybe Lockheed?, and he does the programming for them. They quoted me like $4K for my putter, I have no doubts it would have turned out great, but that was just unrealistic. But I appreciate them just being willing. But yea, they are pricey.
