as a Traditions wearer, do not depend on those shoes to get loose in the width. I've got one pair that has had 60+ rounds played. fits almost the same as when new.

Lately I've been wearing a Bionic Relaxgrip on the hot humid days, it doesn't get uncomfortable or soggy.

I wear cushioned socks - tried blister tape, but the patch rolled down and stuck to the inside of the sock. twice. I've had the lies adjusted on several forged sets, any of which I'd take out for a round with confidence. some of my old cast head sets however, can't be tweaked by 4* - so those lay unused, unless the course is full of right turns.

a little off topic. I worked as a Walking Scorer for the Evans Scholars Tournament at the Glen Club today. We were the 8th group out & the round took over five hours. The longest wait was on the 589 yd Par 5, 18th hole. Needed ten minutes until the previous group was on or just in front of the green for our group to shoot. . Each player in our group reached green or very close to it in Two. It was a tad warm out. In six hours, I drank 12 bottles of water & 6 or 8 Gatorades. Get to do it again tomorrow. I must be nuts..... Heard admission is free for the GenPop.

Yep, go to pull a club & if it isn't dead-a** aligned correctly, the tube comes with it. I have some older bags that were designed as tube only with the molded top divider. those are only for my display sets. can't imagine fighting with that nonsense on the course.

+1 for Scotchgard Sun & Water shield spray. my three year old red bag hasn't faded to pink (yet) and water beads up . I treat it 2x a year.

I've got relatives just a few miles away..Going to hit that up next time I'm down there. Sounds like a good place to drink & people watch.
