  1. yep this ^^^ You can just take your bag and your driver and make sure it fits whatever vehicle you are looking at. If the bag and driver fit, everything else will just fine.
  2. I thought for sure Train in Vain was going to be about the time I spend on the Range practicing. 🏌️‍♂️............. ⛳
  3. I am currently playing the 2021 T300's with AV Red AM2 shafts. I am interested in making a short list of irons to try. For those who were playing the T300's or for you fitters out there, what did you move on to or what are your recommendations? My misses tend to be toe sided so irons that are the most forgiving when struck a bit towards the toe would be of particular interest. (I have a few in my head but I want to see what you all think.)
  4. As I have gotten older this has been my strategy for still wanting to improve my scoring ability... Stay limber but forget about chasing distance as that is a younger man's goal. Time is not on my side in this regards. Focus more on distance control and accuracy. Those can always be improved on regardless of age. I keep working on chipping and putting. It's given IMO that this is one of the easiest ways to shave off a few strokes. Admittedly, I've plenty of room for improvement but I honestly feel that these are the low hanging fruits that will help me stave off father time. Well, at least a bit! 🙂
  5. Just a one year bump but these are still in bag this year and still pretty darn easy to use from the fairway for those long approach shots.
  6. Just a thought but for that max 52 distance have you thought about hitting a choke down 48 instead? For my own situation, the problem with relying on a clubs (especially wedges) max distance is that it requires a perfect strike to achieve it... be off slightly and lose even 5 yards and I end up short.
  7. Those greens must be incredibly tough to read. There were so many obvious misreads as to either line and\or speed during yesterdays coverage!
  8. There is or was a close up of the club head and ball during the practice swing that clearly shows that his club head hit a twig that was also under the ball. The twig moved and that caused the ball to move. That said, if it was or was not readily apparent is pretty debatable. To be honest, while I understand why they are there, I really don't like this slightest of movement standards for causing a ball to move and wish they would change it something that is more in keeping with a ball that moves significantly and then define what that is such as the lie is improved or moves more than "x" inches in any direction.
  9. 1. Hastings, MI 2. 16 3. 48, 54, 58 4. Tour Satin 5. I demo'd these indoors recently and thought they were absolutely fantastic wedge. I was finding the sweet spot more consistently with them. I'd love to get them out on the course! 6. Yes I will!
  10. Unfortunately Phombies seems to be everywhere these days. It's simply not fun to be behind a group of them.
  11. This one is not even close. Ping is clearly dominating when it comes to hybrids. They are so easy to hit and so consistent.
  12. I have to believe that Vokey continues to live off its fan following and reputation. From my side by side testing the Vokey wedges should be ranked 4th at best. It makes me think there must be a huge predisposition to stick something one is familiar with when it comes to wedge preferences.
