Im a 1.6 index and coming from 21 Apex pros. I got fit into a Projext x i/o 6.0 and have found this season (in New England) has been the worst ball striking in quite some time. I find the ball flight is low and the mishits are super drastic. Obviously this could be me. I am just finding it super hard to consistently hit these irons in this setup good. Anyone else have any experience? Out of curiously went to Golfers warehouse today to experiment and sure enough the avg height was 27-30 yards. I then tried a number of diff heads and shafts. The elevate 115, modus 115 and c taper lights all flew 33-35 yards and launched higher. Spin was up around 6600 too. Ball speed was 120 . Testing was done with 7 iron. So idk what to do. Really may trade these in for the Pros but not sure if I wanna go back to the 21 or try the new 24????
