  1. RAV4. With a sliding cargo area cover to hide contents in back. Echoing others thoughts that when you think you have a potential model vehicle to buy take your clubs (and pull cart if you use one) to check actual fit.
  2. My wife and I are heading to Osoyoos at he end of the summer for a few nights and I'm looking to play a round in the area on Sept 1 (Labour Day) or Sept 2. The Mrs would prefer not to play so if anyone is going to be there and wants to try to book a game please send me a PM.
  3. I can't comment on the course, but I suspect it might be easier to get on as well.
  4. Scratched my head a bit but got it. I think of course you mean the Squamish Valley Golf Club. Haven't played Flurry Creek but they have done some good work with Squamish Valley GC. Played it a week ago and was in great shape. Also good food, breakfast or lunch. Probably where you play depends if you can get a tee time, especially if you are planning to play as a single fit-in.
  5. Possibly the off-centre hole only applies to the regular 430? (the link to the posted image from 202 3 is not dispalying for me now.) I just put a genuine G425 23g weight into my G430 Max 10K head while awaiting the actual G430 replacement weights. It torqued and seems to sit ok. Hopefully I didn't mess up anything for the real ones to fit after.
  6. EDIT: I just ordered 22 and 25 gram G430 weights from The Golfworks for my new G430 Max 10K that comes in at D5 with stock 28g. Maybe I could have saved some dough on replacement headweights. I just remembered that I had a spare 23g weight from my G425 (that I traded in). The G425 weight fits, sits flush and clicked ok with the torque screw. So I will run with that tomorrow meantime. I read on this forum today that the G425 weight does not sit securely with the G430 as the 430's holes are at an angle. Maybe the hole for the three weight positions on the standard 430 sits differently than the single one on the 10K. . Just hope I don't find I messed it up when I go to try the OEM 430 weights in a few days.
  7. I just bought my 430 10K with Alta SR shaft and with the stock included 28g weight it is just over D5 on my Golfworks scale that has been pretty accurate so far to other Ping clubs. I have 22 and 25 gram weights on the way to bring it down to D3ish or D2ish.
  8. How is it from firm sand, especially with hard shallow sand? And yeah, my first thought was the Alien edge when I saw the pic.
