Knapp's swing makes Els and Couples look like they have the yips : )
  3. Not sure they would have it in the Republic of Ireland...but I loved playing Ballybunion. But it is a very small town and probably doesn't have the infrastructure. The ugly clubhouse doesn't help : )
  4. Sort of relevant: I've played Spyglass a few times. As a 7 index it is one of he toughest courses I've ever seen. The last time was a fund-raiser and everyone played from the white tees. Spyglass is just over 6100 yards for the white tees, which we were playing. I was getting my butt kicked. Rough was long and wet. Greens were lightning. And pins were brutal. On one hole I looked back, and seemingly 100 yards behind me were the 'Pro' tees..the tips. All I could think was, 'Holy cow, Phil shot 62 on this golf course under tougher conditions from there : )
  5. He may surprise us all and hang it up at 35...I can see that happening.
  6. If Jack looks forward to watching you play golf, you're doing something right : )
  7. Like in the parking lot at Senior Prom?
  8. Wouldn't take much for me to talk to Cara : )
  9. Does Hatton need to have his clubs constantly checked for loft/lie after all of the pounding they take when he hits a poor shot?
  10. Despite the large population, I did not find Tokyo to be especially 'crowded' other than the subways/trains at rush hour. In fact, it seemed far less crowded than Manhattan just walking around on the streets...
  11. I am not a Matsuyama biographer so I don't know where he is from. I also assume most Japanese will visit Tokyo at some point. Yes, we travelled there and internationally...great experience. Didn't expect to be crucified for adding some humor to the thread...
  12. I knew that. Making a general comment. Unless he is from a hick town, most cities in Japan are similar. I lived there for almost 2 years : )
  13. So did some other hacker named Jack, if I recall...
