The question posed - and that I tried to address - was how do they survive and why do they stick around. I'd say $25M on course earnings is a pretty decent sum. That said, your question does raise an even more interesting one, imo. As these early/mid-forty's players start seeing their on course earnings dwindle, do they stick around or become on-course reporters while they wait to become eligible to play the Champions Tour? I'm assuming they'll play the CT given how much money there's on that tour now. I can see Villegas taking a Media gig and play the odd tourney here and there - a la Kisner - not sure about Baddeley.
