  1. I haven't tried those. I'll give them a look for everyday. I'll stick with True's for golf. I bought two pair in 2023 and they are still going strong. Considering I walk more than 100 rounds a year, that's a testament to their durability.
  2. I'm on the opposite side of this equation, I suppose. Had some left knee and ankle issues a couple of years ago. After a few trips for various evaluations from an orthopedist, she settled on my never wearing thick cushioned shoes again....of any kind. Anything closer to zero-drop with much thinner cushioning and a wider toe box. I've worn mostly Adidas since I was a teenager for everyday wear and golf. Ultraboost for everyday and S2G's and Tour360's for golf. I've pretty much worn nothing but Trues for the past two years as a result. My knee and ankle are perfectly fine now. No treatment, no surgery, just a change in shoes. She found nothing structurally wrong with my knee and had seen cases in the past where too much cushioning allowed for too much lateral motion in the ankle and knee. Considering I walk about 95% of my rounds, I've also noticed less soreness/stiffness in my legs and back after rounds. Probably not a solution for everyone but its worked like a charm for me. Now, if I can find something suitable for everyday wear......
  3. The NBA hitched its saddle to Mac McClung so much, he won three straight NBA Dunk Contests without actually being on an NBA roster. As soon as current TV contracts expire, leagues will get on board with alternative platforms. Gen Z is only getting older while us olds are only getting older. The way people consume content in the TikTok generation will change they way content is presented.
  4. YouTube golf viewership is the highest its been in years. And they've done it without the Tour. Imagine what they could do if they worked together?
  5. Say it again for the people in the back!!!
  6. All he needs to do is ask Bryan Bros how viewership increased after Wesley's suspension!!!
  7. So, I can assume all of you are watching the Good-Good s*** stuff on Golf Channel? 5-Clubs on Golf Channel? Matt Adams on Golf Channel? NLU has talked openly on their podcasts about how Golf Channel and the Tour have reached out do put NLU content on their platforms. The catch - give up creative control. I wouldn't give up control of my product either. Bet on yourself! Either way, consume content, don't consume content, does it really matter? All these entities are fighting over our eyeballs dollars anyway. They all seem to be doing just fine. Anyway, I'm going to the golf course.
  8. Seems to work fine for Full Swing, Full Speed, Drive to Survive, Hard Knocks, etc.
  9. Seriously? https://www.cnbc.com/2024/02/09/youtube-stars-help-nfl-bring-in-more-viewers-league-says.html https://digiday.com/marketing/why-the-nba-is-helping-basketball-creators-make-longer-youtube-videos/ https://www.aaronjeremymiller.com/p/youtubers-are-disrupting-sports-content And lets not forget, MLB owns a majority stake in JomBoy Media.
  10. Might want to add another zero....
  11. I think Geno and Max would be a great pairing. Actually, Griner might be good for Joel as well. I've always thought Joel needs someone to kick him in the a** from time to time.
  12. I think multiple things can be true at once. Grant is one of the most viewed content creators on YT in the golf space and sponsors want those eyeballs. That's the only reason he gets any attention at all from the PGAT and/or LIV. I can only presume, Grant would also want to stick to the space he knows best and has built a brand around. So, if he can't film content the way he wants to, why participate? He doesn't have anything to gain otherwise. Grant played in the BMW Charity Pro-Am on the KFT a few weeks ago and was allowed to film the experience shot-by-shot. Which can be seen on his YT page. He was also -6 under par through 12 holes on his own ball before crashing back down to reality. He may not be PGAT good, but he can golf his ball. It's not like he's one of us hacking it around. In short, sponsors want Grant, the PGAT has stipulations, Grant doesn't agree to the stipulations, so he doesn't play. Not really complicated I don't think.
