I’m with you. First was33’s, they got stolen, then got 30’s, was not fond of those. Then 32’s, to 69’s, to a 69/64 combo. The 69’s are probably my favorite, but I would love to see a modern day 33.

Has anyone noticed a pretty significant decrease in spin when going from TSi2 to GT2 3 woods? Even with the same shaft, I have seen a noticeable drop in spin, and even a touch less launch- is this just me, or is anyone else seeing similar?

Have you tried an AD GC? I had a brief honeymoon with the HD in a 3 wood, until it developed a hook. I am currently demoing a GC; it feels very similar to the HD, but definitely tighter, more stout. Slightly lower ball flight. It has helped with the left miss. I am still not sold on the GC, but it is a great feeling shaft that is more stout than the HD.

I know they don’t match perfectly on paper, or el graphs, but the Ventus Black 5X and AD VF 5X gave me almost identical performance numbers, the VF just launched a smidge higher and spun a smidge more. VF feels way better.

Thank you! I’m going to try and find a GC, maybe being a little more stout than the HD, it may mitigate the lefts. Also, going to try and locate. Diamana GT to try. If it is close to the VF, as you say, it might do the trick!
