Played yesterday with a local feels like temp of 116. Have played in the 20's when the ground is completely frozen, cups full of frozen water and greens that bounce like a parking lot.

Farm Neck will be $300+ if you can get on. Plenty of good public golf on the Cape. Captains, Bayberry, Olde Barnstable all good choices.
