  1. Congrats on moving forward. I’ve been here for too many years to count and don’t plan on going anywhere else. The only request I would have is to get me into ANGC. Thanks in advance.
  2. I met LT at a local event many years ago with my dad. It was a rainy morning and we were standing in front of the clubhouse wondering which tee to walk to in order to get a good spot when Lee suddenly came out. He walked right up to us with a huge smile and asked, “Isn’t it a great day to play golf?” He then teed off and eagled the first hole by holing his second shot. My impression to this day is that he is a true talent and a star of the game. Later that day there was a par three contest hole in which you could pay a grand or whatever for closest to the hole against Lee. The local guy hit it to about four feet. Lee stepped up and hit it to one foot. Just an incredible talent and also loaded with charisma.
  3. Just wondering if order selection makes any difference in the likelihood of getting picked. This year I selected four for each round and two for each practice day (the max).
  4. 0 for too many to count. Rejected yet again.
  5. Will miss IBF. Well played, Finchy.
  6. I voted 10, but forgot Walter Hagen had 11. Basically, I’d put him behind Jack and Tiger and ahead of all of the other greats. But I don’t count him out to do far better.
  7. Yes. 100%. Tiger moved the needle with a dynamic presence. Scottie does make me think about Jack in comparison. Just kind of a relentless checking off of boxes onto winning one after another.
  8. I feel like I have posted this before… Congratulations, Scottie Scheffler! Great Open Championship performance.
  9. Nice little stay in the UK for Gotterup.
  10. No CBGBs, I ain’t got time for that now…
  11. Li has been impressive this tournament. Wasn’t on too many people’s radars coming in, I don’t think, certainly not on mine. Scottie is making very few mistakes; seems to be his #1 strength. Critical skill on a course like Portrush.
  12. Yes. The Iron Goose. Emphasis on “iron.”
  13. I actually find watching BH interesting due to the left handed hook swing. That move is completely foreign to me.
