BTW this putter feels exceptionally good. My last putters have been stainless, and deep milled. But with this putter you feel the ball on the face longer, like a dense moosh. May be the softest putter I’ve ever tried. Even softer than my old m craft putter. Give it a shot. So pure.

Update - OP here. Bought the core carbon bb8 slant neck. Feels wonderful and the wide flat topline really meets my eye. Love the more squared bb8 shape as well. Wouldn’t mind a little deeper mill, but to be honest I like the feel and feedback from the shallow mill. thank you Bettinardi for releasing this.

It felt fantastic and dense and the shaft seems to be a lively c taper esque shaft. Not harsh like a ct tour. I’ll get back this week to pick one up.

No complaints here / I’m going to pick one up. Just wondering why it’s so much less expensive than any of their prior models, and a limited run at that. Wanted to be sure I wasn’t missing something.

Golf pride has a reverse taper grip - could it be the same?

I rolled one in the PGATSS yesterday and loved the feel. Has anyone tried or bought one? What’s the catch? Why are they priced so low? The bb8 has a low profile and a nice square top line which I love. I'm thinking that I’ll go back and buy it. I’m just curious why a limited run would be so cheap.
