My last few “like new” purchases have been new in plastic. Their shipping time is pretty much back to normal. Order accuracy wasn’t great at first (receiving wrong model, or LH clubs when I ordered RH, etc.) but seems to be getting better. There are still long wait times on customer service calls/emails and getting refunded for returns seems impossible unless you contact them directly to check the status. Trade-ins seem to be processing just fine though.
