My Driver SS is in the 80’s, 7-iron goes 140. Been playing Steelfiber i95 and Accra 90i stiff iron shafts but played my last round with MMT 70R’s as an experiment. Distance & dispersion with the 70R’s were awful, aside from 2-3 good shots. I felt that they lacked “oomph”. How light is too light? I’m going back to the 90-95 gram stiff shafts. I guess they fit me better. Static weight matters, I learned.

I was pulling for him after watching him on Full Swing & how his female mental coach calmed him down. I understand the anguish he’s had off the course with his late mom, but his on-course & locker room temper tantrums are embarrassing. I’m out.
