I have one. It's better than the first version in all ways, short one thing, not "as" waterproof. More highly water resistant.
But only issue I had with v1 was the leather tab broke off a zipper after like 2 yrs. Zipper still worked just the tab came off. Still have it as a backup bag, played/walked like 300 rounds with it?
V2 has molded zippers, and easily doubles the storage space/convenience of that space without changing much else. Loving it so far, about 50 rounds in or so...played in sideways rain in UK, stayed pretty dry, but did completely dry out quickly once back to the hotel.
