  1. It's unfortunately the older version utility. I am thinking of drilling out in some places, even as just an experiment. I am lumbered with it so worst comes to worst I drill it, mess it up, and get rid. Cannot use it anyway so pretty much a nothing ventured, nothing gained scenario 🙂
  2. thanks for the reply, yes the weight of the head was my biggest concern. I figured the shaft would be as you said, using an adapter version only. Back to the drawing board on the head 🙂
  3. Hi All, so I had been looking for a 5 utility iron. I have a #3 & #4 Cobra utility, so figured to buy a #5 in the same model spec etc. Problem was, I ended up buying a 5 utility one length, as I was not as "focused" (PSA don't drink and eBay!). My question is 2 fold I guess. 1st question, is can I put a new, standard length shaft into the one length 5, or will this end up screwing up the weight/lie angle yada yada. I like the look of the club, but not a fan of the 7 iron length 🙂 . 2nd question is more broad I guess, if I can use a standard shaft, can I use a standard hybrid shaft, without the cobra adapter? Just by epoxying in as would do with a normal iron. Or would it have to be a cobra adapter hybrid shaft. Thanks y'all
