  1. Kai’li Dark Waves Blue 70X, it’s been great so far. High and straight ball flight
  2. I have different size grips currently on 4 clubs. I have MCC+4 throughout and was typically playing midsize. I wanted to try a larger grip and see if I liked it better but didn't want to do everything at once so I changed Dr, 3W, 6i and PW all to the jumbos a couple weeks ago. It took a bit to get used to having the different size grips but for the short term it's working fine, I'll be changing everything over to the jumbo though since I'm liking it better.
  3. This right here is the key, I work in a very hot environment and it only gets worse in the summer, 110*F + on the worst days and 100*F on the best days. We constantly stress the importance of hydrating the day before and we provide cooling vests for use when needed. I wouldn't go that far for golf but cooling towels are a game changer when paired with proper hydration. As others have said by the time you notice or someone else notices the symptoms of dehydration it's already too late. I make sure to drink a hydration packet the evening before, something like Body Armor or Drip Drop typically, Liquid IV if that's all we have. I'll also have plenty of water and usually a Gatorade during the round, usually the sugar free ones. You also need to be careful about drinking too much water, you don't want to feel like it's sloshing in your stomach because you'll end up feeling sick later from the heat and excess liquid. OP keep in mind that once you have heat related injuries such as heat stroke you can become more susceptible to them in the future. If you are experiencing instances like you describe you really should be getting out of the heat and not pushing through.
  4. Ah, I definitely feel more of a kick in the DI in comparison. The kick on the GC feels more subtle, overall the GC feels stiffer. For my driver swing I need the added handle stiffness. Launch is noticeably higher in the DI but still plenty high enough in the GC that I don’t think I’m losing anything or launching too low.
  5. So far it's working out really well for me, I had been struggling a little before I got the new driver shaft and since then I've been hitting it great, it feels like I'm loading it better and I'm getting a lot higher ball flight than I had been earlier this year. I had been concerned about the different profiles but so far so good. At the same time though I'm hitting driver a lot better than I have in a long time so I'm not needing to hit 3W nearly as much as I used to. That doesn't mean if I found a good price for a GC 3 wood shaft that I wouldn't jump on to to try it out.
