you obviously never worked in a factory. I've spent nearly 30 yrs in a Big 3 auto plant and numerous other factory's & carpentry jobs. alcohol and weed are quite common. now people do lose their jobs but not as frequent as you would think. you sound so certain on your assessments, that's a dangerous thing throwing a blanket over everything.

it sure is, like I said before until you walk in ones shoes who are you to judge. so you played with an annoying stoner , so all weed smokers are bad. the pearl clutching is so sad.
