I'd say New Zealand if you had US dollars due to the exchange rate as that would get you around $70 us or less, but against the Canadian dollar that isn't true. Still can't believe I was able to rent a two bedroom house in a beach town for $60 us a night in March.
Dismal River is still accepting members. While the Doak course is exponentially better than the Nicklaus one, I don't think either is at the level of being a worthy national club that is that hard to get to. Plus they are still recovering from losing the greens a couple years ago and have some dead spots this year.

Firestone is a private course that happens to allow some outside play to fill rooms and therefore is priced like an unaccompanied private course round. If you were a guest of a member you could play it for $330 without staying in a room.
