  1. Thanks for the quick responses Sounds like I’ll have to start seriously searching for new irons, it’s so hard to find something with that “squared off toe” shape without going into the JDM stuff or butter knives 😞
  2. I have a set of Adams Atour Irons that I LOVE aside from the occasional block right when I overawing and too much spin. They are "classic" lofts with but I love the look and play well with them (or so I thought until I went to a fitting to check out the Mizuno irons) Mizuno fitting - The Shaft Recommendations were Modus 115x - Modus 115s - DG Mid 115s - KBS Tour 120s+ I hated the DG, KBS was OK but the Modus 115s felt AMAZING (they did not have X on hand) - but the caveat was that it was all in the pro245 and they didn't have the s3 or s1 to test and even though I explained I don't want my 7 iron to go that far, they pushed and I didn't test the 243... I used my stock swing for the testing 5 shots - My 7 Iron Atour w DGSL300) - 160-171 carry, 95-99ft high, ~9000+ spin Pro 225 7 Iron - 173-190 carry (warmed up?), ~6500 spin and couldn't control height or shape, stuck at ~80ish feet I think that if I can reduce the spin of my current set down to 7/8K rpm they would be PERFECT, my biggest complaint is throwing a short iron dart and they pull back to the front of the green. Is it possible that by just switching to the Modus, I would gain some better feel, lower spin, and somewhat retain my distance numbers with my Adams heads or is there another shaft you would recommend?
