  1. That used to be a course always in pristine condition. Sad to hear that it was a bit scruffy. also looks like the trees have taken over in spots....
  2. Those amish buggies wreck havoc on that strip of road
  3. Architects, Great Bear, Burkleigh, Golden Oaks and probably HV Presidential. Burkleigh and Golden Oaks are Reading side of Allentown not a tough drive. HV Presidential will be a bit farther, as will Turtle Creek they are closer to Pottstown.. Allentown Muni might be a fit.
  4. There are a plethora of brewpubs in this general area......
  5. there are some very good public golf courses that triangle West of Philadelphia. Not sure any must plays. I believe you played Glen Mills, Dauphin Highlands and iron Valley last tour. Wyncote, Inniscrone if conditions are good, Pilgrims Oak, Golden Oaks are good courses in the west of Philly to Lancasterish area to take a look at. In the Allentown area, the Architect's Club is a fun track with template holes from all the master architects. Allentown and Bethlehem Municipal are solid not spectacular tracks. Great Bear north of Allentown in East Stroudsburg ia a Jack Nicklaus design that was really good, but I am going a few years back. Those are some off the top of my head. Burkleigh CC in Kutztown as well...Moselem Springs used to do a member for the day program but I am not sure anymore
  6. I believe LuLu has gone full private but it is worth checking.
