  1. If you’ve already got an EV - what about the ID7 or the A6? BMW with their iX or i5 wagon? Also the Toyota/Subie stationwagon twins are coming soon and I’m considering one as I’m quite happy with how big the Solterra is and so extra baggage space is only a plus?
  2. Back to OP - in France, I would look at the Peugeot 508 SW as well. Renault's Scenic or Espace might be options.
  3. Remember - he's soon to be a family man. That's straight home after the round 😉
  4. My neighbour has an electric Macan - and he's got one kid and a dog. Seems like it's big enough for his needs. My other car is a BMW i4 - clubs go in diagonally without any problems. Two bags go in if you remove drivers and woods. Back seat is big enough for small kids, and it has decent boot space.
  5. Boot space is getting smaller like you say. Your E-class wagon has a monster of a boot. I was pleasantly surprised by the Solterra. I'm looking forward to trying out the new Electric Outback that's coming out next year. The ID7 GTX is a nice looking car, but I've been enamoured by the ID Buzz since the first concepts and now with the GTX available, ticks all the right boxes for me. Living in Norway - I can't live without a decent AWD system. As to the OP @Dannyyy - take your child seat and golf bag if you can when you test drive. At least here in Norway, they let me test drive cars overnight so could take it home and try.
  6. Subaru Solterra - wide boot so don’t have to take the driver out. There’s 3 golf bags in this picture, but easily room for one more. 😅 Helps when we all carry. Also - lots of room for 4 adults. Edit : Notice you're in France so we get the same types of cars. Owned an Outback previously and the golf bag just went straight it. I've got 3 kids and a dog, and a stationwagon utilzes interior space much better than the crossover SUV's. BUT - Rented a Peugeot 5008 once - tons of room in there. Seriously thinking of getting an ID Buzz when the lease is up on the Subie next year.
