  1. I just got fit in to Hoka Govita 5. I am an 11.5 there, my Sqariz are an 11 and fit me. Adidas I am 11.5 also. YMMV
  2. Ya I used to have new balance wide shoes but they wore out so quickly on me. Plus they were very heavy. Again that was three years ago and maybe they are better.
  3. interesting. Any loss in shoe stability? I feel like the SQAIRZ I have (the new Velos) are not wide enough so I would need them widened and turned into rockers. Just sent them an email to see what my options are. I am very thankful I found this thread! Thank you for providing info to people.
  4. How has your Journey gone? my arthirtis is kicking up in gear and I am trying to get through it. Hoka's help during non golf but when I did some speed training in my SQAIRZ today my toe started getting bothered. I have Aetrex insoles which are ok but do not limit the toe movement. Did toe spaces seem to help your toe from moving inward in the golf shoes? Did you have LaRossa turn your SQAIRZ into a Rocker sole?
  5. Reviving this. just moved to Hoka as my everyday shoe due to foot issues. I am in SQAIRZ for golf but I still have some issues swinging and it causing issues on my trail toe. Is there a golf shoe like the Hoka with a rigid rocker sole that could work for golf? I found a spikeless one from Orthofeet but it doesn’t look to have much rocker.
  6. had to take 10 days off due to vacation and a foot issue. Was back at it today and my trail toe started bothering me but I think I can push through it. (I have hallux rigidis in my big toes).
  7. Sorry for your loss. May he still be with you though the rest of your rounds we call life.
  8. Ok so tour x lower spin with everything (200 less with driver up to 500 less with 7i/wedge) that is getting close to danger zone with driver with the tour X.

I don’t watch a lot of side of majors so this doesn’t bother me. However, since most these guys have to travel and get to the next course, it makes sense they have earlier times for the leaders on sundays. A bummer for fans bits it’s logistics. It’s why most baseball games are early afternoon games on sundays.
  10. What is your Chs? Most people will struggle elevating a 15° head and even a 16.5° head. Also what is your miss? If it’s a slice, you could go either and loft up to close the face. What is the distance gap you are trying to close from your 4i? Will this be a tee only club or something you hit off the deck?
