Check out Panama. It is fairly affordable and the weather was beautiful when I was there.

Greywalls, Sweetgrass and Sage Run would be my suggestion. Greywalls is the most expensive and the other two have better rates than others because they are at the casino. Pine Grove is semi private and a nice course so you would just have to navigate when you can play. Weekends members only in the mornings. Heritage is alright but nothing special.
