I went same setup as you although I’m gonna hold off on the 4i for now since I really have no issues with my current one. I was pretty shocked at how forgiving the T100 was. Most of the shots in my fitting favored low toe and the distance drop off was pretty minimal. Overall T100 just felt better for me and the T150 felt clunkier. Must’ve been a visual thing for me.

Really glad Titleist fittings have the fixed 5i (and 4i) available to hit. Had I blind ordered I likely would’ve gone T100 7-Pw / T150 5-6 / T250 4i. The T100 5 iron was drastically better for me and hit the appropriate window, numbers, and gapping. Not what I expected at all.
