I just had a negative experience as well, returned a set of irons. After 3 weeks of waiting for the refund they refunded me $200 less then I paid because they claimed the condition was much worse then when i bought them. I had only used them twice so they looked exactly the same luckily I took some photos before I sent them back and fought them for a week or so and ended up getting the rest of money back.
