The schedule is somewhat of a problem and it has been commented on in previous years. They can earn points through the BMW (8/17). And the Tour Championship is the following week (through 8/24). And then they are basically off for a month. The RC begins 9/26. There is the event in Napa on 9/11-14, but does anyone in the RC play in that event? Can they stay sharp, etc?

It was actually 2021 (because of COVID) IMO, Stricker was our best Captain in many years. He went with the top 12 with one exception, #11 P Reed. Reed had been sick in the previous months, and perhaps also had personality conflicts. Stricker then chose #14 Scheffler to fill out the team! How does that look now? Stricker also almost killed himself in this process. But I give him tremendous credit for his judgement in the pairings and so on. Here is the 2021 team: Last time, Keegan was sitting at #11, and not picked. What should he do? He should tell the guys to play hard and finish in the top 12. And then he will make the tough calls.
