Bagging a Qi35 w Ventus red + 80. Best club in my bag right now and replaced a Srixon 3 iron that was also a great club but was harder to sling into the air and harder to hit off the deck and out of the rough vs off the tee. Found myself catching it high on the face a lot in high grass. 7 wood is just incredible easy to hit and misses are very small because it just sits down when off target. 3 iron would blast all over the place when off target.

It took 3 months to get all of mine. Ordered in March. 60 came first in April, 48 in May and just got the 54 at the end of June. liking them so far but not quite as dialed as my 50, 54, 58 Vokey setup. the RTZ 60 low is deadly out of the sand, much better than the vokey 58. Just can’t quite dial the 48 and 54 like the vokeys. head is a little bigger, really liked how compact the vokey heads were. Oh well, at least they’re custom and look great.

Do guys like Mac, Riley and Gotterup actually get paid by Nike or just load up at Dicks? Very surprising Nike would give any of those guys any kind of actual deal.

It’s Inwood Tavern in Dallas. One of the best bars in the country. Highland Park folks ripping cigs, divorced ones making out on the patio and plenty of townie skanks to boot. Throw in some SMU college hotties and it’s a great little cocktail of people. About as eclectic and divey as it gets in Dallas. Scottie is a very cool guy. John Daly? No, but he’s not a total square like he comes across.

Ugh, the short king is always such an easy pick for under par in pools. why I ever doubt this man is beyond me. Will forever love that dude after he got caught on a hot mic at the RBC yelling “hit a spectator!” On one of his wayward drives.

Tourney just had a weird quiet vibe today. wish Rory could have made it a bit more interesting but cool to see another young husky boy get the win.

uncanny honestly. He was throwing a s*** tantrum all day today. he swing is starting to look like Rickie’s when he lost his s*** with that flat plan. Hate to see it.
