Could someone assist with identifying what grip this is? I purchased an oz.1i from Ebay and the previous owner put a press pistol 2 on it. They had apparently removed a counter balanced grip and provided the following picture as to how it came from the factory

I'm trying to put the original grip back on as I'm concerned that the grip replacement got rid of the lie angle balancing...
