Got to admire what Scottie is doing. I think his only mistake today on 8 was because he was determined to keep a clean card over the weekend.

Scottie's course management is something else. He seems to purposely use the banks and when he does miss he misses on the side that gives him a chance.
Unfortunately, Lytham is land locked on all sides and there isn't a viable location for an off site range. It will look good when it's finished. I think they have the women's open next year and it will be a test run for the new setup.
Lytham are doing some significant modifications to the par 5 7th and 11th to fit a new practice ground in on the understanding it will get back on the rota.
