I played with the GT2 7 wood again today. It for sure falls between my 3 and 4 hybrids. It is so easy to hit, but occasionally "spins up" and loses 20 to 30 yard of distance. I tried out the 5 wood as well, but it is a different animal..... much heavier and not as easy to swing. Thinking of trying the Elyte Heaven Wood. Has anyone tried that out?

I just demoed the Titleist GT2 7 Wood with the Tensei 1k blue 65 shaft. It was remarkably easy to hit from all different kinds of lies and even off the tee. It launched high and landed softly even from the rough. I envisioned it replacing my 3 hybrid. The problem is that I seemed to hit it a little shorter than my 4 hybrid. Needless to say, I was very surprised. It was so easy to hit, I would love to game it, just not sure how to get more distance out of it. Thoughts??

I wanted to get some recommendations from others on possible shafts for my 3 wood. I currently have a Titleist GT2 Driver and 3 wood. I play the Graphite Design Tour AD DI in my driver and absolutely love it. I am using the stock Tensei 1k blue in my 3 wood and it feels like a lot of work of the deck. I have been considering the DI, the Graphite Design Fairway, the Diamana TB. I mostly hit the 3 wood off the fairway. I only use it off the tee 1 or 2 times per round. Thoughts? There is a Fuji Diamond Speeder on eBay that looks interesting at a good price
