  1. Small sample size but in my area we've had a quite a few pop up as well as some sim places. Went from 0 to about 7 within a year. I suspect it has something to do with a number of public courses being sacrificed for development.
  2. a fade, ball moves left to right.
  3. I have that same Dynacraft driving iron. Very good club; especially for the price. Kind of wish I had gone with the 19* instead of 21*.
  4. I went in thinking it was going to be a flop but was pleasantly surprised. The cameos were awesome even though the acting was a bit wooden. Why are they picking on Rory lol? All and all it lived up to the original despite a slow and somewhat predictable start. Shooter had my brother and I dying of laughter.
  5. Don't sleep on the Walter Hagen sleeves from Dick's Sporting Goods. I bought a pair while I was delivering for Amazon. I also use them for sunny days on the course. They hold up well and I have zero issues with slippage. It gets up to 115* here and I sweat like a working girl in church. I put them on and forget they're there. No need for any type of adjustments; even lifting heavy parcels.
  6. Try the Mizuno RB 566, I think that's what it's called. Highest launching ball I ever tried. Feels good too
  7. I "kind of" gave up the range. At one of the courses I play there is an eighty yard pitching green between the 1st, 2nd, and 18th holes. I regularly walk out there and work on everything inside 80 yards. I find that hitting partial to full wedges is more beneficial to my full swing than trying to work on things at the driving range. I love hitting knockdown irons shots now because it's the same feel as a partial wedge for me. Also, I tend to lack focus when the range is crowded. I think it's an anxiety thing but I feel confined when I have people in both stalls next to me.
  8. The zx5 and 7 did very well when TXG was doing their driver bracket shootout. The ZX5 MKII LS was especially good and may have won that year IIRC? I'd think those vids gave Srixon some legit street cred. One thing I did notice is that the heads seem quite loud compared to a lot of other manufacturers. That can be off putting for a lot of players.
