I used a d66 for a while but recently put it away in favor of my lajosi. I love the d66

I've had quite a few Redwoods: Anser (black nickel, black satin, & Starshot), ZB (black nickel & black satin), and Piper S (black nickel, black satin, & Starshot). The best of them is the Anser in any finish and I've played them longest. The Piper S was a close second until I figured out that the Anser suited my eye/stroke better. The ZB lasted the shortest time. The high toe didn't suit me and I had no idea where the ball was headed.

I have a redwood anser. The 1959 karsten kicked it out of the bag. Only $129, but just sets up much better for me.

Redwood anser starshot. 2 years once they came out sold it. Got a new used starshot about a month ago. Not going anywhere now.

Redwood Anser black satin...only saw the bag when the Scotty Circa#6 misbehaved. Also had a Black Satin Piper S which was in the bag for about 3 months. It was replaced by the current Betti.

Redwood Anser for 2 years. Reign may be coming to an end soon though, with the impending release of the Karsten TR Anser 2.

Redwood Anser for 5 years (WOW)... gamed it pretty much from the time it came out until last June..

Then I joined WRX, turned into a ho, and bought 13 putters in the last 7 months (no joke).



Seriously though, they're not all to game... I plan on refinishing most of them (beater Camerons) and getting some cash back.

I have a Redwwod Anser that I think I have owned 4 years now. I bought a new Piretti Potenza over the winter to contend with the Anser this spring, but the Piretti has some big shoes to fill. Every putter I have tried over the past four years has failed to produce like the Redwood Anser. I am a sucker for flow neck putters, is I am kind of hoping the Potenza works out.

My only complaint about my Anser is that it is the plated model. I wish the stainless wasn't plated so I could blacken it with Caswell's stuff

I have been using a Redwood Anser Black Satin for 3 years. Currently giving the Scottsdale TR Grayhawk a shot, but have the Redwood as back up.

I absolutely LOVE the Redwood Anser, probably my favorite OTR putter I've played with. I actually have one on the way back to me from getting refinished, but will have to sell it to fund the Byron I just bought...

I have played the Redwood with satin, star shot, and black nickel . My favorite is the nickel as it offers a softer impact sound than satin or star shot.

Have a LH Redwood Anser that I have been putting for 2 years. (Longest I have ever had a putter).

It got beat out two weeks ago by a STX SYCH 1. Let's see what happens when the four feet of snow melt and I am back to real grass. I'm not selling the Redwood quite yet...

I've played the D66 in Black Satin for 3 years now. It kicked out my Cameron Circa 62 #7. Since then I've put it to test against a Golo and a Odyssey White Ice #7 but it has stayed in the bag. Currently got a SuperStroke 2.0 waiting to be installed. Other than a grip change I can't see it going anywhere. Might get an Anser just as a back up.
