Anybody still using an old Fuji tour spec?

I put my last new 660TR in my SLDR and am loving the results. Also still playing a Fuji 869 in my 3 wood. Anybody else still gaming an old Fuji? How do you guys feel these older shafts stack up to today's new shafts out there?

Really a big fan of the feel and performance of these shafts .. The 757, 869 and 952 are all top notch

The 660TR is also fantastic for four woods

My twin is down in Surfside, SC and just picked up a FTB90 from Will Peoples, excited to try as it could replace my 904hb

I've also had some great success w a HK110 in 7 woods ... which I now hope to shim up and drop in a weaker lofted hybrid for testing

One of these days I may need to try the re-launched stuff

Thanks for this post, I made the same one a few weeks back with no response .. It was called fujikura tour specs

I love them personally and think they are better than the current stuff

I still have a brand new 761TB sitting here in the corner. I feel like these shafts were way ahead of their time.

The two best fwy shafts I have ever played are the speeder 869 and the 660tr. My 660 is a kamo (from Kwok) and is a beaut in a 913 Fd 18 degree

The 869 is like cheating in a four wood, heavy but with a kick .. And easy to elevate

I am hoping this new FTB tour spec hybrid shaft pans out, going to put in my 20* g25 hybrid for a little shoot out with my 7w. Specs are low torque and it was the model before the 904hb

I am Also bringing in a 335 to 370 shim to try my HK110 in my 23* g25 hybrid

I am always on the lookout for old tour specs in X in the 70-80 gram range ... Once you get used to that old smooth Fuji feel it's hard to shake

Backup set of clubs in NC has 580xdTP w/ Fuji 660tr and Sonartec SS03 w/ Fuji 869, also have a few 970s w/ 857 pro-ti and original pro95. Next time I go visit, may have to bring some classic stuff back.

I just bought a 910F with the stock kal'li 75, but have a fuji 869 tour spec sitting around. What do you guys think? I hear nothing but good things about this shaft and fear the kai'li will be too soft. It's the 3+, but might put the loft a bit higher

Fuji TS 869 x/s in Cleveland comp.came from a Cleveland European Tour player so prob pured as well..tried most nothing has ever,ever bettered. Any suggestions on a similarly resilient driver shaft ?

I have a Speeder 952 in my Adams 3T that is excellent, and still have 904 hb's in my 2 adams hybrids. They are my back up clubs now, but I don't think there is a more solid backup set out there.
