Ping Eye 2 + no + The force was strong, could not resist

There I was minding my own business at the local used sporting goods store and out jumped a gorgeous set of Ping Eye2's +no+. Groves sharp as ever (of course), the Ping grips were still tacky. I was strong and resisted the force and got out of the store. The next day I cleaned up about half the miscellaneous clubs that were cluttering up my office that were never going to see the light of day and headed back to the store. The money worked out even and the Pings now have a new happy home. Don't know how much I will use them but I sure like looking at them.

The new retro XG wedge is fantastic, so ugly but thats part of the beauty of it! Plus it just works so well

May be the UGLIEST clubs I ever saw. Ugly Ducklings. And we all know how that turned out. NEVER will let mine go and I still play them some. Not to much though because I might start playing them all the time. XGs are super. Like many have said before, I'd line right up for a full set of them.

I still bag my +no+ with zz65 shafts from time to time. Play I20's but can play either set without noticing any difference.

I think I got a great deal on them, they had a $200 price tag on them but I traded even with some old wedges, one 5-wood and a driver that were never going to see the light of day again.

Even if I don't game them much, I enjoy seeing them in my office.

Beat me to it. Best grip ever in the history of golf. Never wears out and stays tacky for years and years and years. I've been hoarding them for years but sadly my supply is diminishing.

I have a 4-SW set which I use a few times per year.

Wish I had a 2 iron. Would be fun to hit a few times per round and dare my friends to hit it.

I have a set of Eye 2's 2-9,PW ,AW,SW , LW my Dad gave me about 6 years ago. He is a Golf Pro. He played them for well over 20 years. He now has a set of S56 with steelfiber shafts. He tried all kinds of clubs but always went back to the Eye 2's. One of the vest ball strikers I've ever seen.
I always look at them and want to play them. I my self have had at least a couple dozen sets in my time.
I have a BeCu set also.
But that's not all. I Have a set of Eye 2 + 1-PW,SW
Still in the plastic wrappers. Grips and heads.
Still have 5 clubs rubber banded together that have never been taken out. KT shafts Diamond grips.
Want so bad to take them out and hit them.
I still use my Dads Eye 2 LW from time to time.
Priceless.

Sent the serial number into Ping and received a prompt reply - the set was a made 2/14/1990, zz-lite shafts, C8 swing weight. Hoping to hit them this weekend.
