New Callaway Muscleback

A few weeks ago there was a picture from Callaway that was speculated to be a new Muscleback from them. Anyone have any more info on this?

IMO the apex line looks pretty good, it will be interesting to see how good the Apex MB will look.

I just don't see that there's a large enough need or demographic for a MB iron to be financially viable.

I don't know about that. There are still a lot of guys playing the X Prototype and the Razr MB. It may not be the largest market but there's definitely a market for it. I'd do a split set with Apex Pro and Apex MB if they released them.

Been using the X-Proto's for a while and have been trying to switch since they are BEAT. Wanted to like the new X-Forged and Apex Pro's but am just too damn comfortable with mine. I'll have to keep trying. And while I don't denote an entire demographic, I'd LOVE to see a new Cally blade.

If they are going to be a mid season release,I'd expect to start seeing them coming into The Players.

Still playing and loving the X-Protos, don't think I will ever completely get rid of these irons; although if I did I would want a club with a little more forgiveness.

[/quote]if they rebadged the same design for a 3rd time that would be a huge mistake.

Yes the current design if the Proto's and RAZR MB's are amazing. But rebadging them would give a lot of fuel to the golfing world to call them out on it.
