What putter did you just buy ?

Just picked up a Jailbird mini.  I've been using the original black Spider for about 9 years and decided it was stupid to be fit for everything in the bag but the putter - which I use on every hole.

 

At the fitting I found out I need a face balanced putter and was doing some interesting compensations to make the toe hang work.  I really liked the face balanced Spider (no doubt because it felt like home), but the Jailbird performed a little better.  After two rounds I'm very happy with my choice.

Just got a TM Spider Black CB 38". First time with the longer CB putter but so far so good. Lag putting is much better than the LAB I was using. Love how steady it feels in my hands.

Just received this. I started with a DF 2.1 in 2022 and tried many since then. Recently decided to go back, nothing is as stable or as forgiving as this bad boy and the looks have grown on me over the years, I actually might think it looks good now!
Luckily I found the exact spec I wanted from the outlet, and had them add the triple track lines and the TPT shaft. Didn't save much money over a brand new custom one after all the additions, but I didn't have to wait 6-8 weeks, and I cannot find a blemish on it for the life of me.

A guy on the practice green had the Milled Proto and let me hit a few putts. Everything I like about the Spider but feels WAY better. 
 

I thought about running off with it, but overpaid for one on eBay instead. 😂
 

Got it. Using pinstripe tape to mess with the alignment line.

Admittedly a Ping putter fanboy. Picked this up a little bit ago. Put the black steel shaft in there. Feels amazing and fits my stroke perfectly....How'd I do?

Recently got an Odyssey ProType Tour 4HT and a SC Circa 62 No.3. I love the shape of both putters. I'm going to try them out this season, hopefully they work. Very excited to try the oldies.

So interesting - I used to have a few of the "alphabet" blades from Ping, including the O, and I never remembered it looking like this at address.  That is a very nice shape, and I love the shaft/hosel design.  Likely donated this one, and now I'm wondering if I should have kept it out of the "donate" bag.

I had been playing a spider for years. It was just too soft even with a firm ball and cord grip. I went to a few different places and tested hoping I’d walk out with a Scotty NP2 I just found the Ai One to be the sweet spot of firm enough yet still feel good, for me anyways. Still in the bag and putting well with it.

Think I did OK on the price, just over  $100 and I had a little trade in credit I had forgotten about so I’m out very little for this adventure.

Just bought my first non blade Scotty, a 5.5 Phantom. The screaming yellow head cover says " steal me " all day. Bought a plain red headcover, says "Big Teeth" on the side tag (clipped that), works great. 

Been putting lights out with the NP2 for years, the 5.5 is for slower greens.

My son uses a 7.5 and loves it.

Went into Golf Galaxy to look at shoes.  Saw this on putting floor. Used but it looked new.  The surprising thing is it’s 32” but the weight and balance is incredible.   Much easier to see the line and every putt started on line.  Never felt like I was fighting it. 
 

After dropping like 10 in a row from all kinds of distances I had to get it.  I’m sure I’ll miss everything on the course 😀

I have the black version and it has sat in a backup bag for a while now. I pulled it out this weekend and hit some putts on my indoor mat and everything was going in. Probably putting it in play this week.

Found an amazing deal on an Axis 1 Rose all black. A little strange looking with the heel weight but I like the #7 look and sight lines for aim. I’ve been improving from inside 15 feet, so so far so good!

Picked up today. In pretty decent shape. Some wear on the sole, face is clean, tiny mark on the top line.

 

Flatso 2.0 grip which im not a fan of. Not sold on the strokelab shaft either. 

 

Ended up ordering a cobalt stability tour shaft and have a pingman blackout to go on it. Should be a pretty slick putter. For around $350

Well the marketing and hype on zero torque finally caught up with me. I'm not a fan of the way L.A.Bs look and feel, and couldn't do the 2* shaft lean, but I was lucky enough to grab a 34" Spider 5K ZT today (it pays to have a buddy with a custom shop!). Coming from a conventional putter its much easier to line up and much more comfortable to look at. I much prefer the clean lines and simplicity vs some of the other ZT offerings. I'll see if it lives up to the hype this weekend!

Stopped off a the putting green between jobs today. Rolled it pretty well. Definitely need a different grip.

 

Feel was much softer than I was expecting. 

 

The blue is actually very nice to look at, though the gold odyssey symbol on the back give off a sheen that makes it look dirty.

Bettinardi antidote sb1 I've gamed bettinardis for a while from some limited releases queen bs, bb series, a couple of inovais and a 2 studio stocks. Recently had a lab and now a odysseys square to square. Love the feel and roll of a bettinardi and wanted to see how their zero torque compared. Feels really nice and as someone who has a strong ark putting stroke I feel like I'm able to release it well vs fighting it with the lab and the odyssey. We will see how it goes.
