My lob wedge was due for an update, a small loss in feel but a relatively big jump in performance.

 

 

Ping managed to make the Glide 4.0 almost as compact as the Glide Forged at address, I think it looks awesome by the ball.

 

Mine is with the DG S400 TI at D6 since for my liking the Zelos115 was just too light of a feel. 2° flat and a Lamkin Sonar Plus. Had to build it myself, Ping could have promised delivery this fall..

Fli Hi 3 got delivered yesterday and I immediately pulled the shaft. Have a KBS Hybrid Proto that’s going in this week. I swear this is my last club purchase of the year...

Definitely will.  It's been storming just about every day here so has been too wet but I will be at the range tomorrow.  Will come back with an update

I didn't want to order one either with the 8 week wait then I found one brand new on ebay in the wrapper for $225.  First one I've seen for sale so I jumped on it

Played the original Bang-0-matic when they first came out some 20+ years ago. Paired with the original Graffaloy Blue shaft. Played it for 10 years before it finally cracked. Bought another one to replace it but they were never the same after Steve Almo sold Bang Golf. If I had only known and been smart enough I would have bought a couple of back-up heads.

 

The Bang Golf SF woods are just as awesome. My son still plays (and they are long)

them and nothing has beat them out.

I think the original is awesome still - but the new stuff isn’t worth the increased price tag.

 

Hit my BOM against Callaway and TM drivers on monitor at Edwin Watts, and no difference on center hits. The new stuff just a hair better on toe/heel hits, but not worth $500 imo.

For sure, loved the deep face of the BOM. Would love to get my hands on one of the original ones. Problem is there is no way that I know of to identify the 1st generation over the others.

Pretty sure all the BOM heads are same construction from same factory. I’ve had 3 driver heads and no issues - although this new one I’m not sure just yet. Only hit it a few times.

That 46 to 54 would be 30+ yards.

finally was able to take this out today. Long story short it won’t be leaving my bag. 
 

It was so soft in the bunkers with an open face and cut through like butter. Just had really good touch with it. Also in fluffy rough when I needed to get the ball high and spin on the green it performed. Had no issues using it with a square face or when I needed to open the face today. Will be a gamer for me for a while, far better feel than the 10/12/14 bounces I’ve tried in a 58/60 wedge. I was really impressed

Replaced my Gen 3 0311Ts with T100S irons. Main reason is I prefer the turf interaction of the Titleists.  Always found the wider/squarer PXG sole a bit clunky.
