I don’t think David will replace the neck on a putter. I thought I read somewhere his take is it won’t look good and I’m sure it messes with the balance and weighting of the putter.

I think Mattgolfs had a neck replaced not too long ago. Maybe he give some insight on this.

Trying to jump off the putter carousel after my 2022 eBay 1099 with matching “insane sales spreadsheet” and “pile of printed receipts.” This one will be a nice keeper.

Made for Kenny Perry to displace his Odyssey.  Long neck.  David will not do a handmade mallet like this any more as it is simply a ton of work.  Well, maybe he would for the right tour pro.

This is called Dixie Gray. It’s the nicest finish I’ve seen in person, tying a blue oil can on a sycamore gss insert piece I owned a while back.

I thought it might be something different - that thing looks amazing. I've bought a couple used Mills, but trying to decide what my first custom order will be from David. This look is amazing - although, oil can is the other finish i am considering.

Yeah. With a super fine face milling. The detailed hand softening and shaping on this piece is really nice in hand. Here are some different lighting closeups.

Also love the 0.1g weight stamp, clearly too heavy for some people with that.
