bluetooth is just a transport. Given that I can stream music to a headset with zero gaps, I have a feeling that it can handle a couple of sensors. Obviously there is a ton of hand waving here with things like latency (i.e. it might take you 1s to see your data), syncing (keeping a time clock across all of those sensors ia b****), and so on. And then interperting the data.

Myswing right now has a disruptive business model (rent versus own) not so much price (10k). It should be fun next 5-10 years in the wearable space.

That's one sensor. Bluetooth works in sequence , so 1-2-3-4-5-6 etc. it cannot transmit information from multiple sensors at the same time to one device. This is why myswing uses wifi.

Rent vs own is by far the best way. Say you buy Gears 3D for 40k. What's it worth in 5 years when it's "obsolete". With the rental agreement you get all updates, both hardware and software, for the length of the rental. So the moment a new version comes out you get it, included in the cost.

So you could pay $200 a month for 16 years and equal the cost of purchasing Gears outright. In 16 years your 40k investment would be worthless. But with renting you've gotten the latest every time a new version comes out and would likely be on your 4 gen of the system by then. So for the same 40k, spread out over 16 years you always have the latest technology. Or you could pony it all up front to have something that's obsolete 16 years later. I know what makes more sense for me

Wouldn't it be good to be able to rent technology and upgrade when the new model comes out without buying a whole new device?

I think he means it's disruptive in the sense that it's a new [better] model that forces the competition to innovate. Like what Uber is doing to the traditional taxi companies.
