I've been playing 360 in for past 6 years. I love the fit and style. I walk almost every round so I will test comfort and also soupy soft conditions in Ohio these days. They need good traction and stay dry in these conditions!!!! I'm a perfectionist with my shoes. My last two pairs of tour 360 ATV M1 both had the inside heel material wear to the padding. I still wear but has been a common flaw.

-Location (Scottsdale, AZ)

- I play 8 to 13 rounds per month

-I currently am gaming the Footjoy M-Projects. When the shoe came to the market, I needed something lightweight that I could walk a full round in with maximum comfort. I liked the way the sole gave me support through the transition from back foot to front, while maintaining a good degree of flexibility.

-The most important thing for me is walking comfort! I tend to have decently quiet feet through impact, and Arizona courses are typically a bit drier, so grip isn't killer, but If I'm on the 15th tee box with sore heels, you can bet to see me gain few strokes out of pure discomfort!

-I typically see post here on golfwrx and do some research online. Then once the shoe is released I try them on at work.

-I have not reviewed a product on golfwrx before.

-I would love to. It'd be nice to actually review a newer product and give my $.02.

-I will be able to get quite a few walking and riding rounds in before the end of January.

-So I would like to be able to have extensive hands on experience with the new Adidas Tour360 Boost shoes because I answer questions about golf shoes every day! I always hear the same question regarding comfort, stability, sizing, water resistance, comparisons, and grip in the pro shop I work in (I don't think it is wise for me to reveal my place of work, but I work for a larger golf retailer). To be able to not only give my customers a real life experience with the shoes, I may be able to share my experience with a great online golf community here at golfwrx. I've worn many different golf shoes, but I admit I've never owned a pair of Adidas golf shoes. It would be great to see how they compare to all of the other shoes I've worn.

1. Paradise Valley Arizona
2. Between 20-25 rounds a month
3. I switch between Adipower Boost Boa and Footjoy Hyperflex Boa because I only walk when I play and comfort and ease of use are very important in golf shoes for me.
4. Comfort, durability, and sweet looks (like these)
5. GolfWrx and Instagram
6. No (but I want to start to)
7. I am a huge Adidas fan and I would like to try all of the new stuff. I play all TaylorMade and I believe that it is important to stay connected with your favorite brands.
8. Yes I would do this test.

I have always been a fan of adidas golf shoes but found last years models to be a bit lacking. While the boost seem comfortable, they seem to be missing the stability of the 360. I go to the range 3 - 4 times a week and would be able to thoroughly test the stability of the shoe. I also usually walk when I play golf which makes it easy to compare the comfort of these shoes to other models.

I'm excited about the 10-year anniversary of the Tour360 shoes. The changes in technology, especially Boost, continues the evolution of the importance of footwear. It's the only part of the body touching the ground, much like the tires on a car. It's the most important part of the body and swing. I would give an unbiased, highly analytical view with the overarching theme of feel and performance observed. My home course has hilly terrain so I would be able to evaluate these shoes on the toughest conditions. I'm interested in how these shoes will perform in the cold weather, as the ground will be harder, and therefore traction plays an even more critical factor. Please pick me!

I would play a few walking rounds and a few riding, as well as take them to the range. I want to review these to babies to see if they can live up to my very high standards. How many rounds of golf do you play each month?

6-8+

What’s in your current shoe brand/model of choice? Why?

Nike TW14 & Nike Lunar Control 3

I bought the TW 14's off a sale rack b/c I accidentally left my shoes at home while on vacation. I purchased the Lunar Control 3's b/c I like look, fit & feel & I pretty much have always worn Nike golf shoes since college. I usually wear Nike golf apparel (shorts, shirt, etc.) too and I like to match my shoes w/ my other gold clothes as best as possible.

What is the most important factor in buying a shoe?

Look... feel is important but I'll skip over a shoe that feels great if it doesn't look good.

And here is the truth- I truly love the overall look of Addias almost across the lineup, but I just feel awkward wearing Addias shoes and Nike shorts and/or short.

How do you discover new golf footwear products (i.e. social media, Tour, TV ads, etc)?

I generally do my own research online and/or get info from my local club pro.

Have you reviewed an items for GolfWRX before? If so, please explain.

No, I have not been fortunate enough to be selected to review a product.

If selected, do you agree to participate in an ongoing adidas Tour360 Boost review thread? Participation includes but isn't limited to:

Absolutely!

Will you be able to play/test the shoe before the end of January (yes or no)?

Yes! Absolutely!

Finally, we have the essay portion of the application. Please why you'd like to review adidas Tour360 Boost shoes and how you'd review them.

I would love the opportunity to review the Adidas Tour360 Boost b/c as I said above, I think Adidas consistently puts out the best looking lineup of golf shoes across the board each year- at reasonable prices to boot! (unlike a certain well known brand). I recall wearing Addias running shoes in high school through law school and always loved the feel on my feet. Now that companies are starting to take a more athletic shoe approach in designing golf shoes, I would imagine adidas golf shoes would fit and feel every bit as good as I remember the running shoes fitting.

As I mentioned above, the majority of my reluctance to purchasing Adidas golf shoes (even though I often love the look) is that most of my golf apparel is Nike. However, I think testing/reviewing a pair of Adidas would help me get over my aversion to miss matched brands of golf shoes and playing apparel. Or, more likely & better yet for Adidas, I'll not only like the shoes, but I'll totally revamp my wardrobe!!!

Finally, my "review plan" would consist of an initial out of the box review, noting the overall appearance and providing a short list of pros/cons at first sight. Next, I would provide a breakdown of the fit straight of of the box, again likely in a pro/con format. I would provide pics of key features and areas that I found important as to the fit and feel. I would also develop a some of hypotheses about what features I think will be beneficial and then I'd test that throughout the remainder of my review. Furthermore, I will also take suggestions from other members to get their input & ideas for proper review/test methods & I will incorporate those into my review process.

After the initial out of the box fit and feel review, I would take them to the course and spend some time around the putting and chipping green as well as the range and probably cap things off with a short walking practice round of 9 holes. I would call this the initial break-in review. I'd provide another pro/con type list and document any and all wear with pictures.

After those two initial reviews, I would continue wearing the shoes and go though my usual routine of play and practice, 3-4x per week. I would continue to document how the shoes feel, hold up, breakdown, etc. I would also carefully monitor spike wear after each day. This would continue through the specified review period and during that time I would provide regular updates to the board after each test/round/practice.

Throughout the entire process I will remain engaged on the message boards and I will attempt to answer any questions as they pop up in a timely manner. At the end of the specified review period, I will revisit my initial hypotheses and compare them w/ documented data I accumulated during the entire review to write up a comprehensive review. The comprehensive review will be supplemented w/ documentation, including a large number of high quality photos.

At the end of the day, I feel as though I am best able to provide a very thorough, neutral review of this product. I hope I'm fortunate enough to be selected.

Location: Concord, NC
# of Rounds per month: 10+
Current Shoe/ Model: Nike Zoom Advance/Adidas Adipower Boost. Why?: They are both very comfortable shoes. I walk regularly and need something with support and durability to last multiple walking rounds. The Nike's are just plain comfortable and the Adidas Boosts were used to walk 18 holes right out of the box without any discomfort.
Most important Factor: Comfort has to be number 1 with support right behind it. Since I walk most of the time, comfort is a must.
How do I discover new golf footwear products: When new products come out or are anounced, I typically hear about them first through GolfWRX, I look at this site everyday for tips and information on new gear that will be coming out soon.
Have I reviewed for GolfWRX before? No, I am fairly new to the site, but I would like to get my hands on new stuff to try out. Because I am in the golf business, doing so would help me advise customers on the correct route they should take when looking for equipment and gear.
Full participation?: As a golf professional, if given the opportunity to review this product, I agree to do my due diligence and review and post pictures of the product to my full ability.
Testing done before the end of January: Since I live in NC, we have mild winters, so yes, I will be able to test and review the product before the end of January.
Why and how?: The primary reason that I want to review and test these shoes is because I have always made sure that I am ahead of the curve when it comes to technology and footwear. When adidas introduced their running shoes with boost technology in them, I had to make sure that I got a pair. To this day, they are still the most comfortable pair of running shoes I have ever worn. When they anounced their golf model, knowing the amount of comfort the running model gave, I knew that the golf shoe would have the same comfort level. I don't think I will ever switch to another model of golf shoe. Another reason that I would like to test these shoes, is that I have always been a big fan of adidas apparel and footwear. In my opinion, I find that Adidas has the most comfortable golf apparel on the market. The best way that I know how to test a product is to put it in play. If they are anything like the Adipower Boost shoes that I currently own, I have no doubt that I will be able to go straight to the first tee with them. Typically I am able to play twice a week, and if given the opportunity I will wear them for every round that I play between the time of arrival and the day that I review the product. Finally, I am in the process of becoming a PGA Professional and would enjoy the opportunity to test and later advise members of my course in helping them choose the right equipment for them.

I somewhat of a shoe kinda guy, have over 50 pairs, not including my golf shoes. I currently own 4 pair of Adidas golf shoes (none are Boost, although I'm real close to pulling the trigger on a pair of Adipower Boost in Yellow and White) and am always looking for new styles and technologies with new shoes. I walk a lot and comfort and support is very important to me, as is a quick break-in period. I'd review these shoes with photos and comments regarding fit, comfort, traction (AZ winter rye), looks, and any number of other factors I think fellow golfers might be interested in. I'll be 56 next week and can give Adidas my opinions based on an athletic 56 year old with an 8 index.

Rounds of Golf: 4-5 per month.

Current brand of shoe: Adidas Golf.

Most important factor in a shoe: Comfort right out of the box.

Discovering new footwear: Social media.

Reviewing for golfwrx: I have never reviewed anything.

Participation: Yes I agree to all aspects as outlined in the original post.

Able to play: Yes I will be able to play. Plus I will be caddying for the days I am not playing.

Currently I wear adipower sport boost everyday that I caddy. When I play golf I wear the adipower boost shoes. I have nothing but positive things to say about both of these shoes. I go through shoes very quickly and I looking forward to seeing and wearing the Tour 360 with boost technology. The Tour 360 has always been the top pick in my book, but had to switch to the boost technology because I now walk about 7 miles almost everyday on a golf course with massive elevation changes most of time carrying 2 bags. I can give a test of a shoe like no other here.

What’s in your current shoe brand/model of choice? Why?
I currently have three pair of shoes; One pair of Sketchers, one pair of Adidas, and one pair of Footjoy. Each is worn depending on course conditions. The Sketchers are most comfortable and if I am going to walk - they are in. The Adidas Adizeros have amazing traction. If it's wet these are my go to shoes. And my normal shoes are the FJ's - they are not waterproof and so I only wear them in dry conditions. My feet are an unusual shape and it takes time for shoes to conform to that shape. I have found that the FJ's really seem to do it faster but this is probably because they are the softer "tennis shoe" type of material.

What is the most important factor in buying a shoe?
I consider several factors equally. Comfort, durability, price, and fit are important. I also take into consideration the reputation - I will read reviews before buying them. If I had to pick one single (most important) factor, it would be comfort/fit.
One of the things that makes this place special is the way members share information with each other. I would like to think that I have shared a part of myself here on more than one occasion and that at least some of my opinions have been valued. In other words, I would like to think that my replies are known for their honesty and are considered credible by other members. This, in my opinion, is extremely important as you go about the difficult task of selecting members to perform such tests.

But, in addition to being a veteran member with a decent reputation on the site I also have the distinct advantage of suffering with RA. It has started to drastically affect my feet and my ankles and I have found that this is another reason I love my FJ shoes currently because they allow for a little swelling as the round goes on. (Soft material) Even if a shoe feels wonderful in the shop this will have little meaning once I am on the back 9 and the pain has set in a bit. I have found that lighter shoes seem to minimize the pain in the ankles (and even knees) while the support structure on the inside of the shoe helps my feet. In short sum, because of my RA I would be able to provide a review that is founded on a subset of members who would really appreciate knowing, if this shoe minimizes the pain, that this might just be a go to shoe for those who suffer from pain from their knees down.

In any case I will look forward to reading the reviews of those selected. Just having the opportunity to be considered for such a test is amazing in and of itself - sincere thanks for providing all of us with that opportunity.

Located in - Fredericksburg Va 22498
I play at least 8 rounds of Golf per month
I currently have two pairs of Adidas Boost One in White one in Black
Important Factor - Comfort first, stability second
I find new shoes via the internet mostly then try them on in the store
I have not reviewed for GolfWRX before but I am a regular product tester for Titleist and was selected to participate in the Golf Digest Club Test about 8 years ago but was unable to attend because of work commitments
I will definitely participate in the review thread including providing an in depth review with photos. I enjoy reading the reviews of almost all golf product online and in print, and love adding my opinion.
I am a member at Mattaponi Springs Golf Club in Virginia and should have no trouble getting in multiple rounds before the end of January. I play golf all year unless the course is closed

I would love the opportunity to test and provide feedback on the new Adidas shoes. For me shoes are probably the most important piece of gear that I purchase, I don't exactly have the best feet and finding shoes that provide comfort, stability, and style, is always a challenge. I have probably tried on or purchased virtually every brand of golf shoe currently available and I am well versed on the attributes of each brand. I am certain I can provide the comparison you are looking for between the Adidas shoes and the rest of the shoes on the market.

Cheers,
Jeff

I love my Adidas gripmores and want to see the improvement in the new Tour 360s. I believe the best way for fellow golfers can get a real review on item is through other golfers. Most reviews are not specific and do not provide the information needed to make an intelligent purchase. So, I would love to provide this for my fellow WRXers.

Thanks for the chance to test these Adidas shoes !

- I live in Fayetteville, PA

- I play quite a bit....over 20 rounds a months.

- My current shoes are rotated between Footjoys and Adidas...I go for comfort/performance

- Comfort and fit are my choices. The Adidas 8.5 Wide are my go to's...

- I would welcome participating in the reviews, etc..
..
- I have not formally reviewed products for WRX previously..

- My plans are to go on a trip to Myrtle Beach for 2 weeks prior to Jan 30th - perfect timing !!!

- I have recently tried 2 pair of Adidas shoes after using Footjoys for years and they fit better
than the FJ's and are at least as comfortable. I am hard to fit and the Adidas seem to be a very
nice alternative to the FJs...I'd love a chance to try these in an 8.5 Wide....

Thanks for the opportunity to try these nice golf shoes.

As a golfer who fell in love with the 360 when they came out and owned version 1 & 2 of these shoes - they are still the best shoes ever made especially how they fit and very comfortable. I have regular but wide feet so its tough to get shoes for my feet especially the left foot. The Tour 360X are not as good (a few major reasons) but they are light and Adidas did keep the fundamentals of the 360 design in place. My review will focus on the latest 360 and see how Adidas has evolved the shoe from version 1 to now with the Boost technology. I may very well get these myself anyway as I am a true fan of the 360 design so this is a good opportunity, if selected, to see how the latest and greatest generation will perform.

This could not have come at a better time! I could use a new pair of shoes!

Where are you located? Shelbyville,TN

How many rounds of golf do you play each month? 8 to 10 rounds a month.

What’s in your current shoe brand/model of choice? Why? Nike, because it's the one brand that seems to fit comfortably right out of the box. No break in period.

What is the most important factor in buying a shoe? Comfort is the most important factor. I walk my fair share of rounds and the shoe has got to be comfortable.

How do you discover new golf footwear products (i.e. social media, Tour, TV ads, etc)? Usually I go into a store and try them on. Walk around for a bit and see how they feel.

Have you reviewed an items for GolfWRX before? If so, please explain. Yes I was picked as a tester for the Callaway Big Bertha V Series driver.

If selected, do you agree to participate in an ongoing adidas Tour360 Boost review thread? Participation includes but isn't limited to:
quality photos, full initial review, continuing participation, ongoing feedback through follow up posts. Yes of course, I would be glad to.

Will you be able to play/test the shoe before the end of January (yes or no)? Yes I will play all through winter here

Finally, we have the essay portion of the application. Please why you'd like to review adidas Tour360 Boost shoes and how you'd review them.
I've always been a Nike shoe buyer but my last few pair have had quality issues. I think its time to once again to try a different brand out. Plus a buddy of mine bought a pair of Adidas golf shoes a couple of months ago and he's always bragging on them. He replaced a pair of Nike shoes which he hated. I would test them out by walking as many rounds as I could get in. You don't really know a shoe until you've walked a while in them over different terrain. One of the courses I play a lot has some hills and would put these shoes to the test. I would love to give them a try.

Absolutely, I will be 100% dedicated to giving these a full wear for a period of time and providing an unbiased review. Even though I don't actively use Adidas for golf shoes, I am a Samba and Stan Smith connoisseur - with about 4 individual pairs of each. (UK Dragon's as well, my favorite shoe of all time!!)
Yes, I'll make concerted efforts to play a round in them at least once a week, while also having a practice session once a week, expect a minimum of four rounds and four practice sessions, for a total of 8 wears.
Reviewing products can be a lot of fun-as a first-time "experiencer" it's very important to provide an unbiased and aligned review with the rest of the industry. During the month (or longer) of testing I will be fully committed to wearing these shoes only in a variety of course formats and terrain. Playing in Arizona, can expose you to unique elements. My review will be focused on comfort and stability of the shoe. Looks/compliments, we all know are a great part of the game for us weekend warriors, so logging compliments and questions/answers will be another part of my review. I play in a skins league every Saturday, with about 15 other guys. If I end up winning some money in these shoes, you can rest assured that will be in the review as well! Providing a healthy comparison of past shoe purchases (I've been through about 4 pairs in the last 2.5 years) will also be existent. Otherwise, if there are any specifically requested focus-areas from the stakeholders involved, they would be in my review as well.

I've read a lot of reviews on golfwrx.com that have given me a lot of information that fueled some excellent purchases, including my TM woods as well as Titleist irons. The value that a lot of these reviews bring to my purchasing process is huge, and I would love the opportunity to pay it back to the golfwrx.com community.

Most important factor is being comfortable but still being able to perform in different areas especially while walking
I research each company's new shoes and then read the reviews on Golf WRX

Yes I agree to outlined rules of participation and will provide tons of feedback, photos, and reviews

Now this is right up my alley, I've got what you call a shoe fetish or I should clarify Golf shoe fetish. Thing is i've been an ADIDAS fan since early70's when I bought my first pair of sneakers with my own money I made when I started working when I was 10 years old. (1.00hr) for those who care to know. And the Adidas ROM's cost 13.00. Anyways I'd be thrilled to get to try and demo a pair of Adidas Golf shoes. So here's my particulars.

For me it has to do with what outfit I'm wearing and that usually goes with what the weather conditions are at the time....

What is the most important factor in buying a shoe? Well that has a minimum of 3 reasons. 1) Look (eye appeal) 20 comfort and fit and 30 quality of the product. I won't buy a product if its not to my liking, thus the reason I haven't bought Adidas since 2010.

How do you discover new golf footwear products (i.e. social media, Tour, TV ads, etc)? Basically being on golf forums like yours truly GOLFWRX!

l'd like to review the Adidas shoes because, Adidas has been my most favorite fitting shoe since I was 10 years old when I bought my very first pair of sneakers with my own hard earned money. Lately my shoe taste and looks have changed to what some of these companies are doing today with modern materials. I have liked the way a lot of the shoes have been coming out from companies such as Nike, ECCO, Puma. Recently Adidas is starting to catch my eye again but its been a while since I actually went out and bought a BN pair of Adidas golf shoes. So the real reason I'd like to test the New Tour 360 Boost is I'm hoping the comfort and playability level of the new Adidas shoe is something similar to say a hybrid of the old adiPURE and the New Nike Lunar 3. If this shoe fits into this category I could see me wearing Adidas once again on a regular basis.

continuing participation

ongoing feedback through follow up posts. YES!

Will you be able to play/test the shoe before the end of January (yes or no)? YES, I am traveling to Hawaii in January to play golf beyond my normal play.

Finally, we have the essay portion of the application. Please why you'd like to review adidas Tour360 Boost shoes and how you'd review them
I would like to try the adidas Tour360 Boost shoes because I think they are the 2nd generation of a very comfortable shoe. I tried the AdiPower Boost shoes but I wore the heel pad out so I went away from them. I would like to see if they have made a more durable shoe so that I can add them to my collection moving forward. I really think this is a follow up on the best shoe Adidas has ever made.
