I am not wagering money. This is just a little fun we have on this thread being prognosticators.

Used to be about 4-5 regular members who would make a guess. Then it was down to just Crab and me.

That was when you had the timeout. Now it is we three stooges MR. Canuck. lol You ok with being with me and Crab?

I thank you for the advice though. I used to lose a good bit of $ trying to win regularly. Leave that to the experts

I learned. lol I do know some of the do's and don't like the one you suggested. Years back I lived in Vegas and

played golf with a few full time sports betting gamblers. Some do alright, but you have to average 68 % or something to make

a living at it, and hitting that average for say a whole year is tough. They used to bet the most on MLB and

college basketball as the pro gamblers have the most success in those sports. Did you know that?

It is like knowing to only sit at 3rd base playing

Blackjack so no sucker will hit on a 4 with the dealer showing a 6. You know those basics I assume.

 

Back to tonight's game...I am going to revise my final score as I just checked the weather and it is wind chill 22*.

Yea I follow a couple cappers on twitter, most seem to focus on CBB, and I know Vegas' take is usually the lowest percentage on baseball, highest I believe was NFL which I completely get, way more casual guys are gonna bet Rogerball every sunday than sit and cap 13 games aday 7 days a week for 7 months, gonna have more sharp on mlb and cbb for that reason solely. I used to love betting college basketball and did pretty well two years ago, oh and I did really good at womens tennis too. I always ended up drinking to much and draining my account balance on online blackjack / roulette tho after the bar so I cut that down. I respect the hell outta the people who cap for a living and can consistently hit in the mid 60%s cause it takes so much research, and some serious excel models.

 

Yea Sager passing sucks, what a wild 2016 it has been for that.

 

There's so much going on in this game with the weather, both teams off horrendous loses, new coach on a short week, la owning sea, I just have no feeling.

The fixed video games are a killer and I guess you found out. When I was a Vegas resident I had three friends/coworkers lose

one a home, one a car, and one about 50k in savings all three chasing their video poker losses. Remember they drank free while

playing video poker and roulette in neighborhood bars so 2 outa 3 bad DUI's.

3 of the 4 teams have been mighty competitive. Funny how we back in Sept. think how teams, divisions, and conferences

I was wrong about both teams and QBs. Matt Moore playing better than I thought he would. Jets defense may have something to do with that, but it doesn't look like Miami has watered down it's playbook for him.

Jets are not lighting it up, but they ran the ball effectively in the 1st half. Definitely not the embarrassing performance on display 2 weeks ago vs Indy.

Taking the Lions +4 1/2 . G Men have a little let down after Dallas. Detroit +4 1/2 v. NY GIants

Oakland v. San Diego will feature lots of scoring. I like the Over 49 1/2

Baltimore at home plays well. Lay the 5 1/2 over the Eagles

Indy at the Vikings. Lay the 5 with the Norsemen.

Cleveland / Buffalo . Don't care

Like another over. KC v. Tenn. over 42 1/2

Atlanta lock at 13 1/2 over the 49rs.

N.E. at Denver . Too many points to give that defense Bronco's + 3

Houston covers the - 4 at home against the Mustard and Teals.

Arizona hosting the Saints. Over 50 1/2 in a shoot out.

 

Tampa +7 all day long. Cowboys might win, but not cover a full TD.

Jacksonville vs Houston - I still think the Jags will win again and Houston will not win the division... not terribly certain of either. If the Texans win, they pretty much lock up the division. Jaguars 23 Houston 22.

Pittsburgh vs Cinncinatti - Steelers have been playing like they're ready for a January game in Foxboro. Bengals probably w/o AJ Green. Another 300 yds from Le'veon Bell? Probably not, but enough to take care of business. Steelers 28 Bengals 20

I know first year squad of them for the Honolulu Blues. I will now act on that for you Chickienpotpie. Yes born and raised

in the suburbs of the Motor City. I am too old to call it the "D" that is in such fashion currently. The Lions were my first NFL

team I loved. Greg Landry and Lem Barney brought me my first taste of NFL happiness. I am very pleased to see the vast

improvement of the old Silverdome boys. If you say the T&A with pom poms have caused the turnaround,well then darn tooting

double the size of the squad. lol

 

Where in the heck did the Team find enough smoking hotties to be Lions cheerleaders? Do they all commute from AA?
