I'm just trying to figure out why they say "after 4 hours" seek medical attention. Wouldn't a 3 hour boner be of some concern?

If you've never heard of priapism, and the methods doctors have to use to treat it in some cases...that's where the 4 hour number comes from. I remember reading the novel Vertical, which is the follow up to Sideways (the wine book/movie). One of the characters gets priapism from too much Viagra. It's one of the hardest (no pun intended) scenes to read that I've ever come cross.

 

Oh, and Miles plays Whistling Straits near the end, so there is the golf content for this post!

sidetracking for a second but I also noticed in the merch tent at the open that nearly all of the shirts were size large or bigger. Nothing wrong with that but just another example of them profiling golfers.

maybe there is an issue. I dont remember allergies being so prevalant during the 60-80's so maybe some food product is causing ED. Maybe its natures way to control the population.

The commercials ought to go something like this, "... We understand that you or no man in general can get it up anymore for the behemoth, jabs-the-hut human your wife has turned into. We get it. We understand she is just off-set from the "Women of Walmart" video ... with XYZ pill you can get some too again!"

I see a lot of people trot out the "my kids might see it!" reasoning for disliking ED commercials, but why? My nieces and nephews are between 5 and 10 and they see them all the time. Sometimes they'll go "what is sex?" and you just tell them not to worry about it and they go along their merry little ways.

You guys think those commercials are bad. I have a co worker that I have to see for 12 hours straight that smiles and waves like the enzyte guy. Till this day for the last 3 years. He smiles and waves like Smiling Bob. I have a reminder of ED every day. You guys see a commercial a few times. Think about who has it worst, you or I?

I use to date a women where we would go from around midnight until sun up. I'm older now, married and if I took a pill that gave me a boner for over 4 hrs I'm a happy camper. I guess they mean seek medical attention after 4 hrs because they know if you made it that long the wife has had enough and knocked you out,

I'm older and married too...but, if I get a 4 hr erection, I've got about 3 hours and 58 minutes of walking around trying to figure what I do now with this stupid erection.

I also hate ads on golf broadcasts... I've had it with the business solution ads and healthcare solutions/providers. Jeez, only 0.001% of the viewing audience is an influencer at a public company.

 

It's kind of like ads in golf magazines for million dollar homesites at private golf communities in Aspen or Teton County, WY.... just makes you feel bad about yourself.
