Limited editon Scotty Cameron

Can someone help me with this? What is the difference in the limited edition Newports? I've looked everywhere I can think of, and can't seem to even find a picture of the head cover, grip, or anything else. Is it just 500 of them made?

Only thing I could find is that there $30 more than the regular one. Just thinking about ordering one, but would like to know what it consists of before placing the order.

get a regular one, plus some white paint and go to town. NOTHING about them justifies a premium over the regular ones.

nothing really. just a "first of 500" stamp and i think head cover. absolutely no difference but others collect

he meant the Cameron and crown versions --- not the first of 500 limiteds... (I believe)

no mention of C&C putters, he did reference about 500 of them made which is where i got he was asking about the first of 500.

OP, if you google SC Cameron and Crown you'll find what you're looking for. IF that's what you were originally asking about.

If you are talking about the Cameron & Crown edition, they are all 33" and have heavier weights. The sole looks a little bit different than standard and the stamping varies a bit from standard, but the performance will be similar.

Sorry, I wasn't aware there was a difference between C&C edition, and the limited edition. I looked at the C&C, and they looked nice. I liked the head cover, and I liked the white grip. To me, that would be worth the extra $30.

Just trying to find out if that C&C edition was the limited of 500 series. If that's the case, I think I'll just order it.

So the limited edition has the white grip, and the white head cover like the C&C, but comes in different lengths? Other than the color though, it's the same weight as the one you can purchase off the rack? I've looked everywhere to find a picture of the head cover, and grip, but haven't had any luck.
