Masters Sunday tickets advice please

Advice please,

Was lucky enough to get 2 masters Sunday tickets, that was before Brexit here in the U.K. Killed the £ against the $,

So it's looking unlikely I will be able to finance the trip, so as you can imagine chance of a lifetime for me to get two Sunday tickets in the ballot, and I may be priced out of going, if I do not go can they be sold ?

Or are they under my name ?

Any input will be much appreciated

Hopefully I can still make it , maybe start hitch hiking a month early !!!

I was fortunate enough to go this year for the Par 3 on the Wednesday before the tournament. It is definitely worth trying to cut expenses where you can to save up so you can go. If you can't make it, you could definitely sell the tickets for a TON of money. Your name is not on the ticket, as long as you do not post the ticket serial numbers if you were to sell them online, you will not have any issues. Just walking the grounds is a must for any true golf fan. The closer you get to the tournament the more expensive the hotels get. We stayed in Columbia, SC about an hour away and we booked our hotel well in advance and the rates doubled as April got closer. You would have to rent a car to get to Augusta, but that route is a lot cheaper than staying close by. Food is cheap inside and real good. You will have to set aside some money for some souvenirs as well. Hopefully you can make the trip over for it!

I live an hour from Augusta, in Columbia, SC... I would list the tickets online once you receive them, you will sell them for probably 200x what you paid for them... But if you could figure out a way to go, it's an amazing place. I am going this year again.

Can tickets such as this be sold on the BST?

I hope we get there too, the chances of sunday tickets coming my again are slim to remote to say the least,

I just want to walk those famous grounds and see it myself, its a once in a lifetime thing.

If you were approved for four tickets, buy all 4. Sell those you don't need and use those funds to get you over here. While it would be awesome to bring friends and family the fact is those tickets would probably sell for about enough to cover much of your costs getting over here in the first place. Sunday tickets - wow. I just looked on Stubhub and they are selling for around $1400 each starting.

Unless it puts you or your family in deathly financial peril or someone dies, there's no way you can miss sunday at the masters. You won't be getting the chance again without likely paying a massive amount.
