Toulon sent a tweet out that the ATL will be out early 2018. I asked him if would be mass produced or a garage only offering and he tweeted back that they would both be offered. Thats great for me because I didn't necessarily want to spend 700 on a custom at this point.

Did anyone notice the black shaft in Sergio's putter was stepped?

 

I have a black shaft from Toulon, its a stepless design. Just curious why they would use different shafts? Player preference?

I want an Atlanta pretty bad, but that’s a little rich for me haha. Actually, If I had the bank roll, I would own every Toulon Putter there is. Had a Memphis and sold it because I’m an idiot haha.

You also assume that what they bring to retail has that same exact combination of neck, alignment, etc., which it might not (I don't know this to be true, just playing devils advocate). If they release this at retail with a double bend neck, for example, I can imagine that the $1K price tag would be considered cheap to some in the future.

I think that it’s because it is unavailable and a prototype. I think it ended up selling for $899 but still tour issue. I have seen at least three different neck options in pictures. And of course black pearl and rose gold finishes in addition to the Tour satin.

yes, but not all neck options are available on all heads for some reason. the columbus for instance only has a long neck option, but the austin has like 3 or 4 choices. i’m hoping the atlanta will have something that suits my eye and stroke.

I just pre-ordered the Atlanta - and thankfully there is both a short slant hosel option instead of just the double bend shaft.

Also, comes in a matte black finish - and there is the upgrade option to a black steel shaft as well as various grip options.

Although the white with green and black Toulon SuperStroke 2.0 mid slim grip is beautiful

Thanks for this post. I wasn't aware that it's available for ordering, just didn't pay attention. Two options, SB or H4(slant neck) heads. Very tempted. Portland putters looks good too.
